At Lodrify, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are granted for our services, including the DIY Video Course, Done-for-You (Idea to Publish) Package, and Done-for-You Marketing Campaign Package.
1. General Terms
1.1 Non-Tangible Nature of Services
Lodrify provides non-tangible, customized services and digital content. As such, refunds and cancellations are governed by the progress of work completed and the accessibility of materials.
1.2 Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Requests must be submitted via email to refunds@lodrify.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for the request.
2. DIY Video Course Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
- Access is tracked automatically via our course platform, and eligibility is based on this data.
2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if more than 10% of the course has been accessed.
Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated.
3. Done-for-You (Idea to Publish) Package Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available if the project is cancelled within 7 days of payment, provided no significant work has begun.”Significant work” is defined as any of the following:
- “Significant work” is defined as any of the following: Completion of the idea development phase, Submission of edited content, and Commencement of design work (cover or interior formatting).
3.2 Prorated Refunds
- For cancellations after significant work has commenced, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis, deducting the value of completed services.
3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- No refunds will be issued once the project enters the publishing or distribution phase.
4. Done-for-You Marketing Campaign Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available if the campaign is canceled within 7 days of payment and before campaign development has begun.
4.2 Prorated Refunds
- Refunds for partially completed campaigns will be prorated based on the following:
- Strategy development.
- Creation of marketing materials.
- Social media or ad campaign setup.
4.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds are available after the campaign has been launched.
5. Cancellations
5.1 How to Cancel Services
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to cancellations@lodrify.co.uk.
- Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
5.2 Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellations will take effect on the date Lodrify receives and acknowledges the request.
6. Exceptions
6.1 Force Majeure
- Refunds may be issued at Lodrify’s discretion for unforeseen circumstances that prevent service delivery (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or other events beyond our control).

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Good Faith Resolution
- We encourage customers to resolve disputes directly with Lodrify before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their payment provider.
7.2 Stripe Dispute Compliance
- Refunds processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s dispute and resolution policies.

Lodrify reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
