- Access to the course is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Access is non-transferable and restricted to the purchaser.
6.2 Done-for-You Services
- Service timelines will be communicated upon project initiation.
- Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend delivery timelines.
6.3 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Respond to requests for approvals or feedback in a timely manner.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Lodrify does not guarantee specific results, such as book sales or audience reach, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.
7.2 Service Interruptions
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
7.3 Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
